Deadline for Absentee Ballots Fastly Approaching!
The 2014 National Absentee Ballot is ready and can now be downloaded and mailed in. You have until Thursday, July 10th to submit your ballot. The ballot and the Proposed Amendments Rationale document can be accessed in the Forms Library (National Election Documents/2014 National Election) in the For Sisters Only section of our National Website (www.swingphiswing.org) or click on the links below:

Need help getting the ballot? Feel free to email Julie Johnson at firstname.lastname@example.org or call or text me at 973-393-4694 and I will send the form directly to you via email or U.S. Postal Mail, whichever you prefer.
In order to be eligible to vote in the 2014 election, your national dues must have been paid by JUNE 1st 2014. If you did not pay your dues by this date, you will not be eligible to vote (absentee or in person at the Convention).
Your absentee ballot must be postmarked by Thursday, July 10, 2014. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED! You will have the opportunity to cast your vote in person at the National Convention (please see the Convention Itinerary on our national website for voting times).
Due to the length and important matters on this year’s ballot, it is recommended that you give yourself time to read each amendment and to read the Proposed Amendments Rationale document to understand each amendment prior to casting your vote.

The Nominations and Recognition committee needs you! We are seeking for volunteers to assist with this year’s on-site election at the National Convention in Atlantic City (registering sisters, handing out and counting ballots). If you are available on Thursday, July 24 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm and/or Friday, July 26 from 7:00 am – 9:00 am, please contact Chairwoman Julie Johnson at email@example.com. You will be needed for a few hours after polls close on Friday at 9:00 am to help count ballots. Your help is greatly appreciated!
Voting Poll Hour Change
Please make note the voting poll hours on Thursday, July 24 has changed from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. The updated times are reflected on the Convention Itinerary on the National Website. The hours on Friday, July 25 of 7:00 am – 9:00 am will remain the same.
